Minneapolis is a major city in Minnesota that forms "Twin Cities" with the neighboring state capital of St. Paul. Bisected by the Mississippi River, it's known for its parks and lakes. Minneapolis is also home to many cultural landmarks like the Walker Art Center.

Minneapolis Convention Center

The Minneapolis Convention Center (MCC) is owned by the City of Minneapolis and marketed through Meet Minneapolis. The 1.6 million square foot facility features 475,000 square feet of exhibit space, a 3,400 fixed-seat auditorium, 87 meeting rooms and two ballrooms. The MCC is GBAC STAR, LEED and GMIC certified and works to serve its constituencies and stakeholders as the face of Minneapolis to visitors.

Things to Do

Explore Minneapolis the way it was meant to be explored – through multiple outfit changes. Throw on that jersey and cheer on your favorite sports teams. Bundle up and drink beer on a frozen lake. Bring your purple dancing shoes and find your way to the world famous First Ave. Realize you’re going to need more outfits? Don’t worry - we have tax-free clothing.
